“As per my needs” is a phrase that carries more weight in custom manufacturing than it does anywhere else. This Indian buyer’s review is about a drawing being followed, not about price.

What the buyer needed
Customised machined components in stainless steel and aluminium, produced to a buyer-supplied specification rather than selected from a catalogue. The request is deliberately open-ended — “as per my needs” — which puts the entire responsibility for interpretation on the manufacturer.
How we made it
Machining work starts with a DFM pass: reviewing the drawing for features that will be difficult, slow or inconsistent to produce, and feeding those back before metal is cut. Stainless steel and aluminium pull in different directions here — stainless machines slowly and work-hardens, aluminium cuts fast but moves under heat — so speeds, feeds and fixturing are set per material.
For parts with features on multiple faces, work runs on 5-axis machining centres so that the datum stays consistent across setups. That is what keeps a batch dimensionally uniform rather than accurate only on the part that was measured.

“Happy to know that you like the products dear friend. Yea we will stay in touch and provide good quality custom sheet metal parts & nice customer services as we always do.”
Why this matters
Buyers in India frequently run their own engineering teams and send fully specified drawings. What they are testing is whether the supplier reads the drawing the same way they do. A DFM review that happens before production — not after delivery — is the difference between a revision and a rejection.
