How the team is organised
The company runs as a set of functions that hand work to one another rather than as separate departments working in isolation. Engineering, tooling, production and inspection sit in the same plant in Nanpi County, Hebei, with the commercial and trade team based at the head office in Beijing. That single-plant arrangement matters to buyers because it keeps one work order, one schedule and one set of tolerances across every operation from cutting to finishing.
Across those functions the plant employs 85 staff and runs 6 production lines. The trade team is the buyer-facing side: it takes the enquiry, confirms what is being asked for, and keeps the schedule and the documentation visible to the customer from first contact through to shipment.
What each function is accountable for
- Engineering reads the drawing or CAD model, checks that the part can be made, and returns a design for manufacture review together with the price and the lead time. It is accountable for flagging features that will not form, machine or assemble as drawn before the job is quoted rather than after.
- Tooling is accountable for the dies and fixtures a job needs, and for proving them out before the run starts. Where a die is required it is quoted separately from the piece price, and a precision stamping mold is typically ready in 7 days.
- Production is accountable for running the six production lines to the agreed schedule, for holding the tolerances on the drawing across the whole run rather than only at the first piece, and for routing each part through cutting, forming, machining, finishing and assembly in one plant.
- Inspection is accountable for verifying that the parts match the drawing before they ship. Incoming material is checked against the mill certificate, a first article inspection report is produced on a coordinate measuring machine, and 100 percent of critical dimensions are verified before shipment.
How a drawing moves from enquiry to first article
- Enquiry. Send the STEP or IGES model with a dimensioned drawing, the material and grade, the quantity and the finish. Engineering responds within 3 hours on working days.
- Design for manufacture review and quotation. The drawing is reviewed for manufacture, and the price, the lead time and the review come back together, typically within 24 hours. There is no minimum order quantity, so a single prototype is quoted on the same basis as a production run.
- Sample. A sample is typically 7 days from a frozen drawing. Where a die is needed, the tooling is made and proved first.
- First article inspection. The first article is measured on a coordinate measuring machine with a stated measuring accuracy of 0.002 mm, and a first article inspection report is issued.
- Production. Once the sample is approved, the run takes 20 to 30 business days, plus tooling time where tooling applies.
How capability is kept current
Capability is kept current in two ways. The first is people: mentorship and language training covering more than ten languages run continuously, and monthly Innovation Cafes let staff pitch process improvements directly to leadership, with most improvements originating on the frontline. The second is equipment: the plant invests in the machinery the drawings call for, from laser cutting and press braking to CNC machining and welding, and the equipment and capacity page lists what is installed and the tolerance each process holds.
Keeping capability current also means keeping it measured. Records that ship with an order include a CMM dimensional report, a first article inspection report, an EN 10204 material certificate, coating thickness readings and hardness results, so a buyer can see how each claim was checked rather than taking it on trust. The plant works to a quality system certified to ISO 9001:2015, registration 34025Q30296R0S, alongside IATF 16949 for automotive work and ISO 14001 for environmental management. Titanium Grade 2 and Grade 5 and Inconel 625 are among the materials processed, and each order is handled to the same documented route whatever the material.

Frequently asked questions
Who will handle my enquiry?
A member of the international trade team based at the head office in Beijing takes the enquiry and stays with it through quotation, sample and production. The same team confirms the material and grade, the quantity and the finish, and keeps the schedule and documentation visible from first contact to shipment.
How does a job move from drawing to first article?
Send the model and drawing and engineering responds within 3 hours. A design for manufacture review, the price and the lead time come back within 24 hours, a sample is typically 7 days, the first article is measured on a coordinate measuring machine, and production runs 20 to 30 business days after approval.
Can I order a single prototype?
Yes. There is no minimum order quantity, so a single prototype is quoted on the same basis as a production run. A sample is typically 7 days from a frozen drawing, which lets you test the part and the process before committing to volume.
