Our material selection is guided by your application requirements — cost, weight, strength, corrosion resistance, machinability, and finish.

Aluminum Alloys for Custom Fabrication

Aluminum is our most versatile material, offering excellent strength-to-weight ratio, corrosion resistance, and machinability. We stock the following aluminum grades:

  • AL1050 & AL1060 — Pure aluminum with excellent formability and corrosion resistance. Used for chemical processing equipment, heat exchangers, decorative parts, and electrical conductors.
  • AL3003 — Manganese-alloyed aluminum with moderate strength and good weldability. Common in food and chemical handling equipment, cooking utensils, storage tanks, and heat exchangers.
  • AL5052 — Marine-grade aluminum with high fatigue strength and excellent corrosion resistance. Ideal for marine hardware, aircraft panels, fuel tanks, and electronic enclosures.
  • AL6061 — The most widely used aluminum alloy for structural applications. Excellent for automotive parts, aircraft structures, bicycle frames, industrial equipment, and CNC machining.
  • AL7075 — High-strength aerospace aluminum with strength comparable to some steels. Used in aircraft structures, high-stress military components, and precision molds.

Stainless Steel Grades

Stainless steel is the go-to material for corrosion resistance, hygiene, and durability. We fabricate parts in the following grades:

  • SUS 201 — Cost-effective stainless with good formability. Used for consumer appliances, kitchen equipment, and decorative applications.
  • SUS 301 — High work-hardening stainless for spring applications, automotive trim, and structural components.
  • SUS 303 — Free-machining stainless with sulfur for high-volume CNC machining of screws, gears, and fittings.
  • SUS 304 — The most common stainless grade. Excellent corrosion resistance and formability. Applications: food processing, kitchen equipment, chemical containers, architectural trim, medical devices.
  • SUS 304L — Low-carbon variant of 304 for enhanced weldability in structural applications.
  • SUS 316 — Molybdenum-alloyed stainless with superior corrosion resistance in chloride environments. Ideal for marine applications, chemical processing, medical implants, and pharmaceutical equipment.
  • SUS 410 — Martensitic stainless with high strength and hardness. Used for cutlery, valves, pump shafts, and hardware.
  • SUS 420 — Higher-carbon martensitic for surgical instruments, cutting tools, and wear-resistant parts.
  • SUS 430 — Ferritic stainless with good corrosion resistance and lower cost. Used for automotive trim, appliances, and interior applications.

Carbon Steel Grades

Carbon steel offers strength and cost-efficiency for structural and industrial applications. Our carbon steel inventory includes:

  • Q195, Q235, Q345 — Chinese GB standard structural steels for general fabrication, brackets, frames, and construction hardware.
  • ST37 — European DIN standard low-carbon steel equivalent to A36. Used for structural components, machine bases, and welded assemblies.
  • DC01 & DC04 — Cold-rolled deep drawing steels for automotive body panels, appliance parts, and deep-drawn housings.
  • SPCC — Japanese JIS standard cold-rolled steel for enclosures, cabinets, and precision stamped parts.
  • T12, T13, T14, T16 — Tool steels for cutting tools, dies, and wear-resistant parts.

Pre-Galvanized Steel Sheets

For applications requiring built-in corrosion protection, we work with hot-dip galvanized and electro-galvanized steel:

  • DX51 / DX51D+Z — Standard hot-dip galvanized steel for HVAC ducts, roofing, storage tanks, and outdoor equipment.
  • Zn275 — Zinc coating weight 275g/m² for enhanced corrosion resistance in industrial environments.
  • SGCC — Japanese JIS standard galvanized steel for automotive, appliances, and construction.
  • HX260YD+ZM — Zinc-magnesium coated steel with superior corrosion resistance for automotive and outdoor structural applications.

Spring Steel

For fatigue-resistant components requiring elasticity and hardness:

  • 65Mn Spring Steel — General-purpose spring steel for washers, clips, spring hardware, and mechanical springs.
  • 45# Medium Carbon Steel — For medium-strength shafts, gears, and structural parts.
  • 60Si2MnA — Silicon-manganese spring steel for automotive suspension springs, torsion bars, and heavy-duty leaf springs.

Copper and Brass

For electrical conductivity, thermal management, and decorative applications:

  • T1 (99.95% Cu) & T2 (99.90% Cu) — Oxygen-free electrolytic copper for busbars, electrical connectors, heat sinks, and RF components.
  • Brass 62H, 65H — Lead-free brass alloys for plumbing fittings, valves, and decorative hardware.
