Our office and our factory are in different places, and buyers sometimes arrive at the wrong one. Both are real; they do different jobs.

Correspondence and quotations are handled from the Beijing office. Production, inspection and dispatch happen at the plant in Nanpi County, Hebei. If you are arranging a visit or an inspection by an independent body such as SGS, TÜV or BV, tell us which site you intend to visit and we will confirm the arrangements in advance.
What happens after you get in touch
You receive a reply within one working day. If your message includes a drawing, the reply carries a price, a lead time and a DFM review together — not an acknowledgement followed by a second request for information. A dedicated project engineer then stays as your single point of contact from quotation through delivery.
If you have not sent a drawing yet, the fastest route is to send one: a STEP or IGES model plus a dimensioned DWG, DXF or PDF, together with material, quantity and finish. With those four things the first reply is usually something you can act on.
Visiting us
Buyers are welcome at the plant by arrangement. Because the factory is in Hebei rather than Beijing, allow for the travel between the two — tell us your dates and we will set out the itinerary and the travel time rather than leaving you to work it out on the day. Factory visits can include a walk through the production lines, a review of current jobs in progress, and a look at the inspection records for your own part.
If travel is not practical, the same ground can be covered remotely. We can arrange a video walkthrough of the production area, share first-article inspection results, or arrange inspection by an independent third party at the plant.
Frequently asked questions about contacting us
How quickly will I get a reply?
Within one working day. Enquiries that arrive with a drawing attached are answered with a price, a lead time and a DFM review in that first reply, so there is no second round of questions before you have something to compare.
Which address should I use for shipping or for a visit?
Production and dispatch are at the plant in Nanpi County, Hebei. Our office and registered address is in Tongzhou District, Beijing, which is where correspondence and quotations are handled. Tell us which site you need and we will confirm it rather than let you guess.
What is the best way to send a large drawing?
Email it to manager@bjjcen.com. STEP, IGES, DWG, DXF, PDF and STL are all accepted; the enquiry form handles smaller files. If a file still will not go through, tell us and we will suggest another route.
Do you work with buyers outside your business hours?
Yes. Most of our buyers are in North America and Europe, so enquiries commonly arrive outside Beijing working hours and are answered at the start of the next working day. State your own timezone in the message if a deadline is tight and we will work to your clock.
