What the buyer needed
Two families of stainless steel parts: laser cut and formed sheet metal, and stamped or bent fabrication parts. How we made it
The formed parts were laser profiled on a 12,000 W fibre laser and bent on 3,200 mm CNC press brakes; the higher-quantity parts were routed to stamping, where tooling cost is recovered across the run. Stainless steel forming requires attention to springback and surface protection — tooling contact marks are a rejection reason on visible stainless parts.
