A United States buyer returned to our Alibaba.com storefront in October 2025 to leave a five-star review of stainless steel 304 and aluminium sheet metal parts — the kind of repeat, verified-purchase feedback that tells you more about a factory than any brochure can.

What the buyer needed
Customised sheet metal parts in stainless steel 304 and aluminium, bent and formed to a supplied drawing, with the dimensional accuracy to fit an existing assembly on arrival. Two things mattered more than price: that the part matched the specification exactly, and that communication stayed responsive without becoming intrusive.
How we made it
The work sits on our standard stainless and aluminium sheet route: fibre laser profiling to 12,000 W, then CNC bending on 3,200 mm press brakes with tooling selected for the bend radius and springback of the grade, followed by finishing and dimensional inspection.
Stainless steel 304 and aluminium behave differently on the same press brake — 304 work-hardens and springs back differently from 5052 or 6061 aluminium — so the forming parameters are set per material rather than reused across the order. First-article inspection is carried out on a CMM before the run continues.

The verified review
Left on our Alibaba.com storefront on 27 October 2025, five stars, verified purchase:
“Quality: High quality part that matched the desired specification exactly. Service: Customer service representative always attentive without being annoying.”
Our reply at the time:
“Thank you for your support. We’re very glad that you are satisfied with the parts. We will continue to provide you with high quality products and good service.”
Why this matters for North American buyers
“Matched the desired specification exactly” is the outcome most North American buyers are actually shopping for when they move a part offshore. The two failure modes they describe most often are parts that arrive dimensionally close but not correct, and suppliers who go quiet after the deposit. This review speaks to both.

Frequently asked questions about this project
Can you match a drawing exactly rather than approximately?
That is precisely what this review is about. First-article inspection is carried out on a CMM before the run continues, and 100% of critical dimensions are verified before shipment. If a feature is ambiguous on the drawing, we raise it before production rather than producing a part that is close but not correct.
Which materials were used for this order?
Stainless steel 304 and aluminium sheet, profiled on a 12,000 W fibre laser and formed on 3,200 mm CNC press brakes. Stainless steel 304 and aluminium spring back differently on the same press brake, so forming parameters are set per material rather than reused across the order.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
No. There is no minimum order quantity at any process – a single prototype is quoted on the same basis as a production run of 100,000+.
