Custom metal parts manufactured to drawing in our own plant in Nanpi County, Hebei — cut, formed, joined, machined and finished without an outside subcontractor. That is what lets a single enquiry be routed to whichever process is economic for each part, with the tolerances between operations handled inside one factory rather than agreed between three.

Founded in 1997 and in production since 1998, we are an ISO 9001:2015 registered manufacturer (certificate 34025Q30296R0S) with 15,000 m² of floor space, six production lines and 85 staff, supplying buyers in the United States, Europe, Australia, South America and Asia.

Product families: custom metal brackets, clips and clamps, shims and washers, stamping parts, deep drawing parts, laser cutting, CNC machining parts, welded and riveted parts, and complete sheet metal fabrication.

Not sure which process your part needs? Three questions settle it in most cases: is the part flat or formed, is it round or prismatic, and what volume are you buying per year. Flat parts in modest quantity are laser cut, because there is no tool cost. Formed parts are bent on a press brake. Round parts are turned; prismatic parts with pockets are milled. Once a part reaches the tens of thousands per year, stamping takes over, because that is where a die is amortised across the run. Hollow shells rather than flat profiles are deep drawn. Anything shipping as a working unit goes through assembly. Materials and finishes. Cold rolled and hot rolled steel, stainless steel 304 and 316, aluminium 5052 and 6061, copper and brass, in sheet, plate and bar, typically from 0.5 mm upward. Finishes include deburring, zinc plating, powder coating, anodising, passivation and brushing. Inspection. First-article inspection on a coordinate measuring machine (HDL-OKK DMU38, ±0.005 mm), with hardness testing, optical measurement and caliper and height gauge checks used according to the feature being verified. See quality and inspection.
